For standard weekly orders, we recommend submitting your order by Wednesday for the following week's delivery. For custom-grown items or special orders, please allow 2-4 weeks lead time depending on the crop. We also offer standing order programs for regular weekly supply.
Absolutely! Our custom growing program works with chefs and buyers to cultivate specific heirloom varieties, specialty peppers, or unique vegetables that aren't available through standard distribution. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll provide a custom growing quote.
We stand behind every shipment with our Freshness Guarantee. If produce doesn't meet your quality standards upon delivery, we'll replace it immediately or provide a credit. Our quality assurance team inspects every batch before loading, and temperature loggers on every delivery prove cold chain integrity.
